Refund policy

Due to nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@paulinastudioart.com , including clear photographs of:

  • the outer packaing
  • the internal packaing
  • the artwork itself
  • the shipping label

All artworks are shipped isured. In the ulikely event of damage during transit, I will assist you with the claims process and arrange a resolution.
